The last of Halloween

We may be an unlikely pair, but we sure do like each other. We had a blast on Halloween, and I think we shocked a few people. I miss my husband's fro so it was fun to see him like this:

Happy Halloween!!! I hope you're eating candy already and getting ready for tonight's festivities. We're taking the little one trick or treating {for the first time} in DC. Here are some pics from our church party over the weekend. I go all out in the costume department every year... and they seem to be getting bigger and better.

Holiday Pinspiration Project

This weekend I tackled my wreath. Here were my supplies. A small round wreath form, rotary cutter, ruler, mat, and 3 yards of black tulle. Although, if I did this again I'd use 5-6 yards. I'll probably add more next year.

I cut all of my strips into 3 inch widths and then tied them onto the wreath form. Then I finished off with a wide orange grosgrain ribbon.
